In July we had a near miss incident involving a Firefighter and a vehicle. The vehicle driver failed to yield and slow down at an emergency scene and nearly struck the Firefighter. As a firefighter for almost 20 years, we used rescue cribbing made out of wood to stabilize vehicle accidents and structure collapses.
