Twenty-four-year-old Angel Chakma, an MBA student from Tripura, died after a brutal knife attack in Dehradun that followed racist abuse. Attacked on December 9 after protesting slurs based on his appearance, Angel fought for life in the ICU for over two weeks before passing away on December 26. Five accused have been arrested, while the prime suspect has fled to Nepal.
