MATERIALS: • 1x5 horizontal (top is ~57" off the floor) • 1x4 verticals spaced ~24ish inches (plus or minus to avoid outlets) • Cove moulding on top of the baseboard (looks so good!) TOOLS: • Miter Saw • Laser Level • 18 Gauge Nail Gun THE PROCESS: • Install cove moulding if your 1x's are thicker than your baseboard. I promise this is the best solution! • Start with a vertical in one corner. Then use a laser level to get your horizontal level and nail it in with an 18 gauge brad nailer. • Floors
